Fresh Life Solution is recruiting Call Center Agents for immediate employment, highly motivated and customer-focused. Call Center Agent: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, interacting directly with Guests to provide excellent customer service; process orders, resolve support issues and provide answers to inquiries in a professional organized fashion.
Effective communication skills – both oral and written, with good customer facing and abilities to communicate with colleagues.
Customer service experience: Background and knowledge of practices relating to customer service in a call center environment.
Technical Skills: CRM software; other call center tools Problem Solving: Identifying problems, providing possible solutions.
Time managing — Ability to work with time and use it the most productive way possible, able to set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ongoing Training: Continued hands-on experience and training to constantly improve your skill set.

Know our products: Learn and retain knowledge of the product/services we use so you can accurately provide information to customers.
Typing in the Data: Timely documenting customer interactions and updating records in our CRM system.
